Terms of Service

dump (dump.cam) is run by Javier Morer, an individual developer based in Spain. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using dump. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.

dump is in public beta. Features can change, be added or be removed while we build it. We autosave your work and keep recent revisions, but keep your own copies of anything important. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

You own what you upload and what you make in dump: photos, videos, fonts, text and the designs themselves. We claim no rights over it. So that we can run the service, you grant us a licence to host, store, process, transcode and display your content as needed to operate dump (for example, autosaving your design, making a video proxy for playback, rendering a thumbnail, or serving a dump you published to the people you share it with). When you use a Magic feature you also allow us to send the selected layer to our AI provider to produce the result. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that are already public because you published them, and for backups that expire on their own schedule.

When you publish a template, you grant dump and its users a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and adapt that template inside dump. Only publish what you have the rights to publish: no other people's photos, fonts or brands without permission. We review templates before they appear in the gallery and we can remove any template at any time, for any reason.

You may not use dump to:

• store, make or share illegal content;
• infringe copyright, trademarks or any other right of someone else;
• make or share sexual content involving minors, in any form;
• harass, threaten or defame people;
• upload malware or interfere with the service;
• abuse the AI features to produce deceptive imagery of real people, including fake intimate imagery or content meant to pass as real;
• scrape, resell, re-host or provide the service to others as your own product.

The Magic features (cut out, erase, upscale, extend, Magic Edit, Studio Styles) run on third-party models through our AI provider. You are responsible for how you use the outputs. Outputs can be similar to those other users get from similar inputs, and we cannot guarantee that they are accurate, unique or fit for a purpose. The provider's and model makers' own terms apply to the processing on their side.

We can change or discontinue features. For paid features we will give notice where practical. We do our best to keep dump up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. These terms can change too; material changes will be flagged on the homepage and the date above will move. Continuing to use dump after a change means you accept the new terms.

You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. That removes your account, dumps, revisions, uploads and brand kit, and cancels any subscription. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to dump is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost work or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
